Product & Application Requirements:
  • Product make and model number required.
  • Itemized receipt required.
Product Guidelines:
  • Limit two thermostats per member-consumer account, except for line voltage.
  • Line voltage Smart thermostats limit is five per member-consumer account.
  • Smart Thermostat must be WiFi network capable and installed at the consumer account location.
  • Smart Thermostat must be new, no refurbished or used thermostats will be eligible.

Rebates Program Requirements and Information

  • Must be an MVEA member.
  • Rebate requests take 4-8 weeks to process and will reflect on your MVEA bill as a credit.
  • Rebates are for new product purchases only.
  • Applications must be submitted within 90 days of purchase date.
  • You must provide an itemized sales receipt showing the model number, proof of payment, and the breakout of equipment and labor if applicable.
  • Effective through December 31, 2024. Rebate program and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Application Instructions

  • Download and complete the fillable/printable 2024 Rebate Application Form (PDF) below.
  • Include required photos and photos or copies of itemized receipts, including the breakout of equipment and labor.
  • Email or mail the completed form and copies of the receipt to MVEA’s Key Accounts Team.
