By submitting this electronic form, you authorize Mountain View Electric Association, Inc. to enroll you in Green Power. Each month, in addition to your electric bill, you will be billed $0.10 per 100 kWh block that you committed to. You will remain enrolled in Green Power for a minimum of one year and until you notify Mountain View Electric Association, Inc. that you wish to discontinue your participation.
