The Round Up Board meets in January, March, May, July, September, and November to review both individual and organizational applications received. The board has special meetings to review individual applications only in February, April, June, August, and October. See below for the application deadlines.
Applications as a PDF file only can be emailed to the Operation Round Up Coordinator.
Decision letters will be mailed out within the next two business days after the meeting.
