Community Sponsorships

We truly care about the communities we serve. One of our 7 Cooperative Principles is Concern for Community (PDF): While focusing on member needs, cooperatives work for the sustainable development of their communities through policies accepted by their members.

Sponsorship Requests

If you are hosting an event in MVEA’s service territory and would like to be considered for an MVEA sponsorship, simply fill out the online form below.

Information to provide for consideration:

Organization information (name, check payable to, and mailing address)
Contact information (name, phone number, and email)
Sponsorship levels and what each level includes (logo placement, banner displayed, etc.)
Purpose (event: date, time, location, expected number of attendees; program: how many people will benefit from the program, areas of MVEA territory that will be impacted; etc.)

Requests may take two weeks to one month to be processed. Please send requests as soon as possible, and let us know if you have a specific in-hand date, so we may take that into consideration during the review process.

Sponsorship requests for “individual” purposes will not be approved.

Event Co-hosting Requests

If you are hosting an event in MVEA’s service territory and would like MVEA co-host the event, simply fill out the online form below.

Information to provide for consideration:

Contact information (event name, preferred contact, phone number, and address)
Event details: date, time, location, expected number of attendees
Purpose of the event (fundraiser, launch new program, etc.)
How will the event be advertised
