2021 Annual Meeting
Mountain View Electric Association Inc. (MVEA) will hold its 80th Annual Meeting of Members virtually as a Telephone Town Hall Meeting on June 3, 2021. Please save the date! (PDF)
The 2021 Telephone Town Hall Annual Meeting will be held for the following purposes:
- To elect three (3) directors for the Association – one each from District 1, 4, and 6.
- To conduct such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Note: As stated in MVEA’s By-laws, Article III. Section 2. “Directors will be elected for a term to expire at the third annual meeting of members after their election and until their successors are elected and qualified.”
If the director elections are contested, voting ballots will be mailed to the members. The last date for the return of mailed ballots will be Wednesday, June 2, 2021. Please mail your ballot by May 24 to allow time for your ballot to reach our ballot counting vendor.
