Energy Outreach Colorado
Energy Outreach Colorado offers a variety of services, including bill payment assistance, heating system repairs or replacements, energy efficiency upgrades, and educational programs to help families in need. Their services work in partnership with state programs like LEAP. Energy Resource Center
The Energy Resource Center is a non-profit construction company providing free energy efficiency improvements to income-qualified residents of Colorado. Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)
LEAP helps low-income households with winter home heating costs. While it does not cover the entire cost, it offers assistance for those who qualify. Applications are accepted starting November 1st and will be processed as long as funds are available. To apply, visit the LEAP website or call (866) 432-8435.
