Member Demand Charge per month per kVA: $10.42
MVEA Demand Charge per month per kVA: $10.42

Determinination of billing demands

The billing demands (as indicated or recorded by a demand meter) will be:
1. for the Member Demand Charge: the maximum 15 minutes intergrated kVA demand established by the consumer during the billing period.

2. for the MVEA Demand Charge: the maximum 15 minute intergrated kVA demand measured at the time of Mountain View Electric Associations, Inc.'s system monthly coincident peak.
