Rate No. 40 - Small PowerType of Service Single-phase and three-phase where available, at available voltages. Rate per month Facility charge: $20.00.First 1500 kWh per month per kWh:$0.12177 Over 1500 kWh per month per kWh: $0.11611 Minimum Monthly Charge per Meter The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be $20.00 where 5 kVA or less of transformer capacity is required. For any consumer requiring more than 5 kVA of transformer capacity, the minimum monthly charge shall be increased at the rate of $1.50 for each additional kVA or fraction thereof required. Where the minimum charge is increased in accordance with the terms of this section, additional energy shall be included in accordance with the foregoing rate.
